So the bay window in the kitchen had some issues. We had it inspected and the frame was rotting away - not surprising since it is 30 years old. So we had it replaced and we did some modification to the size so we could regain the use of the wall for counters/sink/etc. Here are a few pictures of the process. A few before and afters. We still have quite a few things to do to get the kitchen back to "normal".

a beautiful asset to the living room eliminating the space issue of opening in or out French style doors. Those who have seen these doors have complimented on the style and generated future ideas for their future remodel projects.
